Eugene Goldstein is the Senior Attorney at the firm and has been practicing immigration law in New York City since 1971. His practice focuses primarily on academic, professional, business, and family immigration for individuals, institutions and businesses.
Mr. Goldstein has been active with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), NAFSA-Association of International Educators, One To World, the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA), the Anti-Defamation League, and other organizations. Mr. Goldstein is the recipient of many distinguished awards, including the Anti-Defamation League’s “Generations of Justice Award” in 2006 for his many years of commitment to equal justice and fair treatment; recognition by The City University of New York’s Office of International Student Services for service and support to the CUNY community; and NAFSA-Region X’s “James O’Driscoll Distinguished Service Award” in recognition of outstanding service and leadership.
Mr. Goldstein has been an adjunct at the City University of New York and at CCNY. He has authored several publications on immigration law, and is a frequent speaker, presenter, and moderator on immigration law topics at professional conferences, and at college and university campuses throughout the NY/NJ metropolitan area. Mr. Goldstein graduated from CCNY and Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law.
